Payments

You can pay for your order using various payment methods, including credit
cards and online payment platforms. Regardless of the method you choose,
the payment usually reaches us directly and without delay. Once the payment
is received, our team promptly begins the process of printing and preparing
your order for shipment. This ensures a swift and efficient handling of your
purchase, allowing us to deliver your product(s) to you as quickly as possible.

 

Payment Failed

If you haven't fully completed the payment, you will still receive an order
confirmation email with your order number. Additionally, we will send a first payment reminder email with a link to complete the payment after two hours. If
the payment remains incomplete, a second reminder will be sent after two
days.

If you need assistance, you can contact our customer service at
Info@HolyPhoneCase.com with your order number. We will send you a payment request via email so you can complete the payment.

 

Invoice

We always send the invoice digitally along with your order confirmation. If you
need a new invoice, please contact our customer service at Info@HolyPhoneCase.com. We will gladly resend it to you!

 

Changing the Invoice

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the invoice after an order has
been Finalized. You can enter changes to your personal details during the
ordering process in your account. Once the order is completed, these changes
take effect immediately.
