If you decide that an item isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags. Please note that certain items such as custom products cannot be returned. Additionally, items cannot be returned once the bag has been ripped open.
To initiate a return and request a refund, simply contact our Customer Service team at Info@Holyphonecase.com with your order number and reason for the return and pictures of the product. We’ll respond with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please be aware that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

Damaged or Defective Items
